WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 

Items usually ship within 7-10 business days of purchase in the US and 15-17 business days of purchase for International. You will receive an email with tracking when the order ships.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you don't love it, return it.  We are committed to quality products, and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after it is delivered, you may return it within thirty (30) business days and receive a full refund for the price of the product. 
Shipping charges will not be refunded.  We do not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees.  We will issue your refund within 12-24 hours of receiving the returned merchandise.
To return your merchandise, please contact us for the return address and always include your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER?

You may change your order and address details within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line: CHANGE MY ORDER. Make sure to include your FULL NAME and ORDER NUMBER. We cannot guarantee any changes can be made once an order is submitted.
