On October 7, 2020, the vice presidential debate was held at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City between Vice President Mike Pence and then-Senator Kamala Harris. At times throughout the debate when Kamala Harris was speaking, Mike Pence interrupted her. At which time now Vice President Harris would interject with a smile and the now notable statement, "Mr. Vice President, I'm Speaking." Is there behavior you need to call out?
